LENDING OUR ARMS AND OPENING OUR HEARTS AS WE :

• Provide a welcome on arrival (train station, airport, coaches etc.)

• Facilitate participation in the ceremonies through:

- help with prayer

- organisation of movements

- providing logistical resources

• Help pilgrims to discover the Message and the Signs of Lourdes

• Support the Master of Ceremonies of the Sanctuary whenever he seeks appropriate assistance.
